I joined Crossways as Practice Manager and bring over nine years of healthcare leadership experience along with a long background in customer-focused roles. I am passionate about supporting teams and creating a welcoming environment for both clients and their pets, helping the practice run smoothly while maintaining high standards of care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner, son and two daughters, walking on the Sussex Downs with Holly, our Springer Spaniel, and relaxing at home with Harry the cat.
